Please note – Children below the age of 12 years should always be accompanied by a responsible paying adult.
Tips
It is claimed that there are more than fifteen thousand live butterflies in the Butterfly Park and Insect Kingdom. However, this largely depends upon the availability of the pupae from the supply chain. On a normal visit, one can find somewhere around two hundred live butterflies fluttering around.
Follow the map of the Butterfly Park and Insect Kingdom to avoid landing up at strange dead ends. This will save you a lot of time.
At some places in the Butterfly Park and Insect Kingdom like the Pupa House, the posters, signages and pictures are false and misleading. Cross-check the information that is on display.
There is a lot of artwork on display that is made of dead butterflies and beetles. This might be disturbing for a few visitors. Skip this if you are one of them.
